Slag powder

Slag is the water slag produced by blast furnace ironmaking, and slag powder is the powder obtained by finely grinding blast furnace water slag to a considerable fineness and meet a considerable activity index. The strength of standard mortar specimens made by mixing 50% mineral powder and 50% cement, and the percentage of the strength tested by standard mortar specimens made entirely of cement, is the activity index of mineral powder.
