White floating beads

Float beads are a type of hollow fly ash ball that can float on the water surface. They are gray white in color, thin and hollow in wall, lightweight, with a bulk density of about 720kg/m3 (heavy) to 418.8kg/m3 (light), a particle size of about 0.1 mm, a closed and smooth surface, low thermal conductivity, and theoretically a fire resistance of ≥ 1610 ℃. They are excellent insulation and refractory materials, widely used in the production of lightweight castables and oil drilling. The chemical composition of floating beads is mainly composed of silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide, which have various characteristics such as fine particles, hollow, light weight, high strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, thermal insulation, insulation flame retardancy, etc. It is widely used as one of the raw materials in the refractory industry.
